REAL ESTATE MARKET
We not only make sure to stay up to date on market forecasts and new and exciting programs for buyers and sellers, we also make sure that we are EXPERTS in our service areas. We look at the MLS every day to make sure that we know what is happening in those areas specifically. In order to best help our clients, it is vital that we know what the LOCAL market is doing as well as what the national market looks like. At Lifestyle Living you can count on us to know where the market was, where it is today, and where it is headed.
MARKETING
We use marketing principles to make sure that the homes we list are getting seen by the right buyers and buyers are positioned well for making offers. We aim to make sure that the agents on the other side of each transaction knows from the beginning that we are trustworthy, professional, and will get the job done. Anything from a contract prep guide to a lender letter is created with our clients best interest in mind!
PSYCHOLOGY
We at Lifestyle Living believe buyer and seller psychology is extremely important. The best way to help our clients is to get to know their mindset around the home buying or selling journey. What are their motivations? What are there fears? What are they really hoping to gain? This helps us to assure our clients and in turn makes them confident and competent consumers. It also always helpful to see a transaction from the other point of view. It helps give us a leg up in negotiations and navigating through the transaction from start to finish.
